Symptoms of Early Stage BPH

Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)refers to the increase in size of the prostate, which is becoming a common disease in men. But what are the symptoms of early stage BPH?

1 Dysuria: because of the obstruction in the urinary tract, the resistance of the urine flow is increased. Patients have to exert more strength to urinate.

2 Urine change: as there is a hyperemia in the prostate, the vessel would break and there would be blood in the urine. For patients who have urinary infection or urinary tract obstruction, there could be pyuria.

3 Posterior urethra and perineum tension: it is caused by the irritation from enlarged prostate.

4 Frequent urinate: it is a signal of BPH. And most commonly it reflects as frequent urinate at night.

5 Not smooth urinate: there sometimes is a pain in the urethra after urinate, and patients often feel as if they still want to urinate.

6 Weak flow: because of the loss of function, the flow of urine is weak.
