There are many muscles around the prostate, which may weaken with the treatment of the prostate or the aggravation of the disease. Therefore, in the process of treatment of chronic prostatitis, complications are prone to occur, which may cause local congestion, swelling, and pressure of the urethra, resulting in difficulty in urination. The muscle that controls the flow of urine may weaken, resulting in acute urinary retention and frequent urination.
The strength of pelvic floor muscles can better control the bladder and urine flow. The good news is that Kegel exercise can help strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor. It has been proved that moderate Kegel exercises can increase the control of ejaculation and improve blood circulation.
Some experimenters with chronic prostatitis have been improved by Kegel's training. First of all, the training requires the mood to relax as much as possible, so as not to increase the burden on the prostate caused by erections due to exercise. Keep in mind that the pelvic floor muscles, like the rest of the body, take time to build and strengthen, which means you will need to spend more time exercising.
Kegel exercise is also known as pelvic floor movement. First of all, you need to find the position of the pelvic floor muscle, hold urine during urination, and feel the position of muscle that contracts, which is the pelvic floor muscle. Of course, the easiest exercise position at the beginning is to lie down. However, do not tighten the abdominal, hip, and leg muscles, which will make Kegel training meaningless.
Before exercise, you should empty the urine, don't hold it; take a few deep breaths, keep the whole body relaxed, and focus on the muscle.
When exhaling, tighten the muscles, which is like the feeling of interrupting urination; when inhaling, relax the muscles.
Exercise 1: quickly contract PC muscles, and then quickly relax. After accumulating 10 seconds of tightening and relaxing, continue to relax for 10 seconds. Step up to 1 minute of exercise and 10 seconds of relaxation.
Exercise 2: continue to tighten and relax for 30 seconds, and then continue to relax for 10 seconds. Gradually increase the continuous contraction time to more than 10 seconds.
Frequency
It is recommended to exercise one exercise and two cross exercises, one exercise for about 15 minutes, three times a day, each exercise interval of more than 3 hours, exercise for 5-6 days a week and rest for 1-2 days. In addition, Kegel exercise can also massage the prostate, promote the blood flow of perineum, reduce the congestion and inflammation of the prostate.
