You should avoid spicy foods and caffeinated diet, but you can have acidic drinks. Spicy food can cause congestion on lesion organs, thus worsening your condition. And the congestion in stomach affects the process of assimilating. Caffeine can also hinder the process. These food will make your disease worse. If not on a strict diet, the treatment can be prolonged.
To achieve good effects, during the treatment, you should avoid alcohol, spicy foods, chicken, fish, beef, shrimps, seafood or salted vegetables. Any question is welcome.
