My grandfather is suffering from prostatitis. i am scared that it could spread. would that be possible

If the prostatitis of your grandfather is non-bacterial, there will be no infectivity. If the prostatitis is caused by NG(gonococcus), mycoplasma or chlamydia, it would cause female infection. In that case, prompt and effective treatment is needed.
