I have very uregent neet to urinate, I feel difficult to start urinate. is this prostatitis? how to cure?

Prostatitis symptoms vary depending on the type of prostatitis you have. In general, the symptoms are related to pain or discomfort in the pelvic region, problems with urination and problems with ejaculations. Signs and symptoms may include: 
Difficulty urinating, such as dribbling or hesitant urination

It is possible for you to have either a prostatitis or UTI. My suggestion for you is to visit local doctor and take some tests to diagnose it.
