I have undergone for urine test analysis and the results are found to be negative. few pus cells and few bacteria cells.  Does it mean no problem?

If pus cells,red blood cells,albumin are absent in urine examination, it shows there is no urinary infection. If you have doubt that you got prostatitis, you should do prostate routine examination.
