I went to hospital ans tested PSA level. it is higher than normal station.any thoughts?

prostatitis is a common cause for elevated PSA levels, and it may remain increased several months after the symptomatic episode of prostatitis has resolved. Most patients are required 1 to 2 months after antibiotic treatment to return to baseline PSA levels. It will be a good idea to do a urine and semen test.
