Can prostatitis develop to cancer?

Prostatitis and prostate cancer, there's no relation between them. They are two completely different diseases and are caused by different factors. Passive congestion of prostate gland, infections, and long-term mental problems are the most possible causes of prostatitis; while the cause of prostate cancer still remains unknown.
