Doctor
Painful urination can also be a urethritis symptom, but painful ejaculation is always prostatitis symptom.
You may visit local doctor and take some tests to have your disease diagnosed. Also it is necessary to find out if there's any infection or not, and then to choose proper treatment.
If you don't want to risk the side effects of antibiotics, you may take my patented herbal remedy Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill. It is a traditional Chinese medicine made from many herbs. All the elements in the recipe of the pills come from plants, animals and insects in the nature. So the medicine is as safe as food, and there would be no side effect, allergy or any drug resistance. If you take it for a months, you can feel your symtoms release, and your disease can be cured after taking the pills for three months.
