Doctor
You are probably suffering from epididymitis. Epididiymitis is complication of prostatitis. So cure your prostatitis, and the symptoms of epididiymitis will disappear.
As for your chronic prostatitis, the treatment is not satisfactory. Antibiotics can not completely cure chronic prostatitis. And antibiotics will make the disease resistant if you take them for a long time. Then antibiotics have no effects on the disease. In your case, your prostatitis hasn't been cleared completely, and the antibiotics you are taking become less effective against that type of bacterium. That's to say, the prostatitis is getting more severe. That's the reason why your epididymis gets inflammation.
Get your prostatitis cured and your epididymis will be OK. You can take our herbal medicine Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pills. The herbs are used for eliminating inflammation, killing bacteria, clearing heat and promoting blood circulation. Your pain will be reduced in the first month, and your prostatitis will be cured within 3 months. Then all symptoms will go away after the treatment. And the prostatitis will not recur.
