Q&A

Prostatitis symptoms are still present after taking antibiotics for 2 weeks?

I have chronic prostatitis. Several tests have been done to confirm there's no infection. One course of antibiotics couldn't help. Any suggestion will be nice. Please help.

Antibiotics are effective in treating bacterial prostatitis because of its strong anti-bacterial properties. But it takes no effect on treating nonbacterial prostatitis since there is no infection. You can try herbal medicine called Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill which is directed at the elimination of symptoms. It contains more than 50 kinds of natural herbs which have functions of clearing heat and toxins, improving blood and Qi flow to alleviate the pain and inducing diuresis to increase the urine flow and relieve painful urination. The inflammation can be cured completely.

To ensure a full recovery, you should keep a healthy lifestyle. Avoiding irritating foods and avoiding long-term sitting. It's helpful to take some exercise to strengthen the immunity.
