I'm 32 old man , with polycystic kidney disease and cystitis, suffering from infertility possibly necrospermia. My hormones assay show normal and semen analysis show:
volume 0.7 ml (always low volume)
viscosity: viscous
PH: alkaline
count: 15 million
motilitiy: 100% immotile

My questions:
1- what are the tests that should be done to know the cause? and where can I do it?
2- do you think your antidiuretic and antiinflammatory pill can cure me? 
3- how I get it? (because I'm from Iraq)

I’m sorry to hear that.
1. Semen analysis alone is not enough to know the cause of necrospermia. You’d better go to a standard hospital to do the following tests. 
First, a subtle physical examination is needed to check out if you have tuberculosis, or epididymis and testicle have swelling or tenderness, or the opening of your urethra secretes purulent substance, 
Secondly, a complete Semen analysis is also needed for the second time. 
Thirdly, prostatic fluid needed to be examined. 
Last but not least, bacterial culture is very important.
