I want to know how important it is, do I have to restrain?

For some of the foods, you should forbidden.
If the required diet is not been kept while taking the treatment, it can be rather difficult for the pills to work on you. If you have any alcohol or spicy food, previous treatment is almost bootless. You need to restart the medication then. As for other forbidden food, eating them by mistakes wouldn't matter.
