I has been dealing prostatitis discomfort for the past few years

My last visit to a urologist they prescribed an antibiotic, which did help but only temporarily. My discomfort/pain is now back and I don’t like to suffer these any more  what treatments are available? Can you tell me what my options are? Thanks in advance.

If antibiotics don't work, you must be resistant to antibiotics. Long time intake of antibiotics would bring side effects and make damage to kidney function. You should take another medicine.
