What if I can't keep the diet you required, do I need a longer treatment?

The requirement of keeping a good diet does not the require of the treatment. Those food mentioned in the diet restruction are bad for your disease. They do would make your disease and symptoms become more severe. Especially for chilli and alcohol, once you have them, it means that your previous treatment are of no use. The pills just cure you for a little, chilli and alcohol make it more severe than it was before.
