I doubt whether I have gotten hemosperimia. I really want to know what exactly the hemospermia is and symptoms of hemosperimia are?

Answers are as follow.
Hematospermia refers to the presence of blood in the semen or seminal fluid. It should be pointed out that the normal semen is milky white. If there is blood in the semen, the semen is obviously abnormal and the diagnosis of hematospermia could be made out correctly. Bleeding and inflammation are found via detailed clinical and laboratory examinations. 

Symptoms of hemospermia 
(1) Asymptomatic
A large number of men with hemospermia have no symptoms. It should be pointed out that even if you have no symptoms, it is still possible that you can still be sick. There are numerous conditions and diseases that have no symptoms.

(2) Blood in the semen
There is blood appearing in ejaculated semen. It is obvious that to see blood in the semen is quite frightening. Bloody semen is the most common symptom from hemospermia, prostatitis, vesiculitis, epididymitis, and male infertility.
