I have chronic pain in my urethra like I need to urinate but nothing comes out. And i also have pain in my left testicle. What might it be?

It could be urethritis. It's the inflamamtion of the urethra. This disease is usually caused by bacteria that enter the urethra from the skin around the urethra's opening. Bacteria that commonly cause urethritis include e. coli, gonococcus, and chlamydia trachomatis. You should go to see a doctor and have a urine test as soon as possible. Untreated urethritis will induce prostatitis . Thus, a proper medication treatment should be taken in time.
